cried

i cried today...
because of the stupid guest...
i just asked him to show me his ic or passport,
he didn't show and talk to me loudly in front of guest and friends,
is it so hard to show me?!
i need it to verify the details in computer...
besides that, i never talk to him loudly,
and i asked him with smile and quite politely,
why he answer me so?!?!
no manner...
so angry about that...

he said he never show the IC when he check-in,
but as my knowledge, everyone must show their IC or passport when checking-in...
besides that, he said he already stayed here for few days le,
more than stay at home...
and said our computer should have his profile,
asked me check how many days he stayed at here...
how i know how to check?!
how i know he's always stay here?!?!
how i know everything?!?!
i just follow the procedure,
also get blaming!!!
bull shit!!!!

i met this kind of guest before him,
but i also didn't cry,
just angry about that is it so hard to show me the IC?!
i dont know why i cried today...
tears cant control and continue fall down...

i told to myself, cannot cry...
but...like lost control..
cant stop!!!
i went to BO and rest,
but still crying!!
until my DM come forward to me...
and said do not need to bother this kind of guest,
if u cant handle it, just tell to your superior...
they will help you...

actually i quite happy,
because the superiors and friends quite caring me
when they know this case...
i use long time to calm down...
because when i cried,
i flash back the things happen in F6...
hahaaaa...=P
i always cried in F6...
but after F6,
i didn't cry liao...
but now..........................
sigh~~
really hate those guest...

but,
also got many nice guest...
when you smile to them,
they will be happy also;
when you said thank you,
they will said you are so nice;
when u can full fill their request,
they might happy and may give you tips...
i'm not a tamak girl,
i just want a phrase from them,
that is said that i'm so nice,
or a smile...
but not blaming!!!
just that...
